Duets+

A 60 minute session with you and a friend. Great way to maintain motivation between you and your partner.    Scheduled by appointment only. $30 per person

Semi Privates+

A 60 minute session with you and two friends. Great way for you and your friends to stay in shape and push each other to greatness.  Scheduled by appointment only. $25 per person

Private Sessions+

Continual one-on-one sessions with you and the instructor to target your specific needs and goals.  These sessions are perfect for those who appreciate continual guidance and focused attention of a certified instructor.  All sessions are by appointment only. 60 min

Pilates Plus

Pilates mat infused with mild/medium cardio designed to increase your heart along with strengthening and toning the muscles.  Perfect for an extra sweat to help burn off calories throughout the day.

Props included: Power ball, light hand weights and ankle weights and bands.

Pilates Fusion

Infusion of Classical Mat Pilates and Iyengar Yoga. Design to assist in the connection of the mind and body by utilizing deep concentration, meditation, solid core work. 65 min session: meditation, core and balance.

A fusion of Yoga and Pilates intertwined with meditation and sounds of the ocean.  Early Morning workouts great for releasing stress, rejuvenating the body, and revitalizing the mind and soul.

Park Pilates

For those who reside near a neighborhood park and want to enjoy the outside without straying away from home.  Perfect for weekend mornings and/or after a long work day.

Sessions and gift certificates expire six months after purchase. Canceled appointment automatically looses session. Sessions can only be rescheduled if excuse is valid at our discretion.
