"Ignore previous experience and go into the
moment. Be Here Now" Meditations from Conversations
with God by Neale Donald Walsch.
"Andrea, time waits for no man." That
is what my brother-in-law always says to me...
It's
true, you know. Time does not wait for anyone. Time is
an interesting concept. We give it a past, present, and
future in order to understand the now. But often "times"
we neglect "the now" to understand the past or the
future? The funny thing is - there is no
past and there is no future:) All there
is - all we have been given - all we have been
promised- is right now - this instant.
It is so easy to judge ourselves and
others using time as a catalyst. We tell ourselves, "I
should have done this by this time." " She should have
accomplished that by that time." I think the
historical events of last week have taught us ALL that
time really is a figment of our imagination. It
has taught us ALL that ANYTHING can happen at ANY GIVEN
POINT in time. It is our belief and nothing more
that dictates what happens and when it happens. "HOW"
it happens is the interesting part. Our minds attempt to
wrap our brains around....how, how, how will IT happen?
But the " how" it will happen is not up
to us. It is the "what- where- when" that we determine
for ourselves. The "how" is where we receive divine
intervention. We do not know how it is going to happen.
We do not have to know "how." All we do is set the
stage. We set the "what will happen." We determine "when
it will happen" and we know "why it happens to us." The
rest is history, lol:)
